Quarterly Membership Meetings
Sponsors are provided a 6 foot table to display materials, allowing the opportunity to interact with physicians one-on-one. All OCMS physician members are invited to our quarterly meetings with a usual response of 75 - 90 attendees. Sponsors are introduced at the beginning of the dinner meeting and will have the opportunity to say a few words about your company and services. Sponsorship is recognized in every piece of printed material associated with the meeting to include the dinner program, the OCMS newsletter and on our website. In addition, you will be provided two complimentary dinners. The cost of sponsorship for the quarterly dinner meeting is $500.
