The Florida Workers' Compensation Health Care Provider Reimbursement Manual, 2016 Edition, adopted in Rule 69L-7.020, Florida Administrative Code, will become effective July 1, 2017. Legislative ratification was not required for the 2016 edition as the regulatory costs did not exceed the criteria in s.120.541(2), F.S. The Florida Workers' Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Ambulatory Surgical Centers (ASCs), 2016 Edition was not ratified during the 2017 Florida Legislative Session. Since the 2016 edition required legislative ratification, it will not go into effect. The 2015 edition will remain in effect as adopted in Rule 69L-7.100, Florida Administrative Code.

The Florida Workers' Compensation Reimbursement Manual for Hospitals, 2016 Edition was not ratified during the 2017 Florida Legislative Session. Since the 2016 edition required legislative ratification, it will not go into effect. The 2014 edition will remain in effect as adopted in Rule 69L-7.501, Florida Administrative Code.
