Our organization is taking action on behalf of our members. 

 

This program is an effort to identify trends and address the inappropriate business and reimbursement tactics of insurance carriers. We hope this program will enable us to aggregate data on the activities of particular carriers and assist our members in addressing unfair tactics with the Office of Insurance Regulation.

Please note this is a tracking mechanism and not a formal dispute resolution process.
