Orange County Medical Society Shares Sympathy for the Victims of the Tragic Shooting

ORLANDO – The Orange County Medical Society, Inc. (OCMS) would like to share our thoughts and prayers with those victims and family members of the tragic shooting early Saturday morning.  The OCMS would also like to express our sincere appreciation to all of those individuals that continue to volunteer to assist the families of those impacted.

“It is during this time of such unimaginable grief that we see hope in the love and caring of our fellow citizens;   the example shown by those individuals that have lined up to donate blood,  the dedication shown by the first responders who put their lives on the line to protect human life.  And the compassion shown by the health care teams working around the clock to provide care to the injured.”  shared Clifford Selsky, MD, President of the Orange County Medical Society.

This senseless tragedy has impacted so many of our friends and neighbors.  But what is clear is that our community will not be divided and will respond stronger and more unified than ever.
